A great protein supplement for anyone, i usually buy the chocolate flavour which i feel is really good but just tried the strawberry flavour and it is even better. Can feel the pump and difference after a long while, this is easily absorbed, tastes great even with water, good amount of contents, anyone can go for it👍, worth the money.
